My experience in one word - horrible. India bulls is a scam. Everything related to it is a scam. I will tell you my experience.

I took the loan last year and to be honest the interest rate was high compared to other lenders but I needed the money so I took it. Fast forward after a year I am paying off their emi's every month without any problem simultaneously to other lender like paysense from whom I have another loan. No problem at all.

Last week I got a call from my bank after noticing some suspicious activities on my account so I had to freez my account temporarily until its been investigated which means that my auto debit wont work anymore for both indiabulls and paysense.

The first thing I wanted to do was to pay off both the emi's for this month so as to avoid any fines from them and to keep my cibil healthy. My emi date for paysense was the 3rd of this month and on the 1st I went on their app and easily prepaid my emi and the emi for indiabulls had to be gone out on the 5th, so I wanted to do the same thing I did with paysense but to no avail. I tried each and every day untill the 5th to pay it off but the app said no overdue. I searched on internet but did not find anything on how can I prepay my emi with indiabulls without incurring any charge. on the 6th I got a message on my phone that your emi is bounced and I had to pay a penalty of 472 rupees.

So here is the catch and this is thier ugly business. First they want to charge interset rate so high that no other company charges and think how much money they may be making with late fee penalties. They dont give you the option to make payments as per your convenience and charge more money on that.

Their customer services is pathetic as well. Call them and get stuck on the IVR for hours and at this modern age and time their IVR does not even work properly. It never recognizes any of your inputs. I have sent an email but did not get any reply even after 10 days.

I am trying so badly to foreclose this loan as I dont want to be associated with this Indiabullshit company but there is no way to contact them directly and the only information available on their website in the Faqs section is that the prepayment of the loan shall be made and accepted as per policy and rules of IBCFL and in accordance with statutory guidelines.

I would suggest to stay away from this fraudulent organization and I am going to do the same once I am done with my existing loan and only god knows how many more penalties do I have to pay before closing it.
